Uganda – the Pearl of Africa

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

“For magnificence, for variety of form and color, for profusion of brilliant life — bird, insect, reptile, beast — for vast scale — Uganda is truly “the Pearl of Africa.”  Winston Churchill

Uganda is the Pearl of Africa. A country with breathtaking scenery, amazing primates and wonderful people.

This trip took me in search of our closest relatives – the chimpanzees and mountain gorillas.  Join me as I travel from Entebbe on the shores of Lake Victoria, north east to Kibale National Park and south to Queen Elizabeth National Park and Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
